Terminated from job for behavioural issue... please help
I m an diploma engineer fortune enough to get a good job in a mnc with good package. this happiness didn t lasts long yes i started hating my job and i quit my job after 3.5 years without any notice to management /boss. while the actual reason behind my job dissatisfaction is my health issue which make me depressed forever and didn t even got my relieving letters and experience letters until one year. i suffered a lot being unemployed. after 1 year i started searching for a job and trying to get relieved from the job properly. now i m really serious about my career and future believe me i m more job ready than before i was. so i want to know if i tell in job interview that i left my job due to mental depression will they be able to get convinced to accept my reason. or if i can get a job recommendation letter from my exmanager it would be helpful. any advise or recommendation from senior people would be helpful for my career. don t i deserve a second chance..??
Global problem for increment dissatisfaction - market for experienced software engineers is so booming
Hello seniors hope to get some help on the global serious issue of increment dissatisfaction. i work as an hr manager in an it company and my employees are never satisfied with their increments. always we get verbal communication that we are expecting at least a x hike if not then we will leave the organization. as the market for experienced software engineers is so booming every time the management has to put the weapons down. how to overcome the situation. in this case employers and employees are never on the same page. also we wish to give a satisfactory amount of increment. please suggest the rate of increment if the average salary of 15 employees is 100k/month.

Dissatisfaction of the employees
Hi all the seniors im facing a problem of dissatisfaction of the employees in my companymostly are dissatisfied with the rules i have made for maintaining the discipline in the office and maintaining the proper time schedule.i have converted days into hours and decided to give salary accordingly the individual giving more hours will get paid 1.5times for each extra hours but those giving less hours will get deducted salary for each hour.this is not acceptable to fewi have implemented the rule from this monthbut not deducted the salary only shown the calculations to the emloyees....two of them asked to deduct heir salary as they thought that the comany is obliging them by not deducting 2 or 4 hours salary.so they returned the deducted amount to me m not able to convince them and very confused how to return this amount to the manager.do give me some adivcei dont want to disappoint the employees and insult my bosses either. regards fauzia

Idear all/i igenerally this question is asked by human resource professionals while interviewing candidates what is the reason to change the job. incase of hr guys if attend an interview and such question askes wat would be your answer?? would you speak the fact?? blueif yes most of the cases are hikes in salary dissatisfaction with the job profile fed up with recruitment and boss s behaviour is wierd or you will give a fake information for the reason behind...to get the job iplease think over it and requesting you all whoever come across this post to give atleast a two lines reply with the answer..:icon5::confused:/i

Hi i am a 2013 passout. i have completed my mba through a full time course from a collage from bangalore under vtu. before that i was working for a leading mnc as a testing engineer for 2.5 years. before doing my mba i had a perception that having a experience in the it industry would give a me a edge. but now in the industry when i am searching job i encounter the following situations # only scope for a fresher is a recruitment job in some random consultancy. no it firm is interested in recruiting hr freshers. # the job profile i am offered are offered to any other graduates also sometime ug also. then whats the use of doing an mba? # when they see my resume often i am asked that why did i leave my previous job as that job was so good comparatively what i am seeking now. # salary they offered is like not even half of what i was earning in my previous job even if i leave out the salary factor i don t see much hope in terms of the job profile too. all these things have lead me to a very confusing state which kind of letting me think that doing an fulltime i have committed my biggest mistake in life i am feeling very low right now : i am not able to figure out is there no good opportunity or i am not able to reach out to them? and even if i take a random consultancy job..what would be my future in this industry down the line 2 years? or i would be stuck in the consultancies only as i didn t manage to get a good break at the beginning of my career in some company? isfactio i know i am having the dissatisfaction because i had a professional experience in a flourishing industry and now i see my career not getting upgraded at all..neither in terms of nature of job profile or in terms of compensation please help me with some guidance folks. i need to figure out if i am in the current path or not. thanks for reading. ankita
