The challenges from work force diversity with reference to India comes from gender diversity, liguistic diversity, cultural diversity and age related diversity particularly in I.T/ITES companies where there is younger generation in considerable numbers with sprinkling of middle aged work force.You need to study the challenges posed by the diversity at work place and how best it cane handles an dteh approcahes/methods like reorienattion of attitudes, counselling or cross cultural get togethers to make the employees understand each other better. etc.

What do you do and whom is the paper aimed at? If you are going to write a scholarly article/paper then you should conduct a literature survey first, to see what others have done, how and why that way. Collecting just anecdotal evidence from members at CiteHR may not suffice.

Please give me some more background information about yourself and the need for the paper. There is a vast gap between the status of a "Professor" in the UK and a "Professor" in India. Normally, a professorship is not given to non-doctoral candidates in the UK. Even in India, a person with a doctorate is supposed to have published in a refereed journal, I want to know what experience you have in writing papers. This will help me to guide you more precisely.

If a college has asked for a paper, it must be for some sort of a mini conference; usually, the standard of paper required for such a conference is not as high as that required for an International Refereed Conference.
