Frankly speaking you should quit immediately and look for another job. CEO is just absolutely unprofessional and it’s unlikely if the Board members would take any action against him given his track record of similar 26 dismissals. Also, no point taking up the issue against him.

Wish you had probed about this company before accepting the offer.

Since you are young..getting another opportunity wouldn’t be a problem and sooner you cut off better it would be your mental peace!.

Thanks all..

I am at home these days and there is no point of continuing at all as he asked me to leave immediately on 3rd day morning. Rajat is right as CEO might feel insecure with people who are having their independent opinion and ideas and above that he will not be able to mould such people accordingly as I know law as well. Opinion or suggestion that I gave was in a very sophisticated manner I am sure about that that my behaviour could not be the reason it could be something else.

Neways there is a bright future ahead I can see that I know I will get a good job very soon. In case any of you will find any suitable requirement for me please let me know for asst. Manager/Manager HR position in Delhi/NCR.

Thanks Again!!
