]Hello Everyone ,

I am working as an recruitment executive in placement consultancy now I am planning for a change. I have been selected as an HR executive in an IT sector . Till date this firm has no HR sector and they want to implement it , so pls help me how to start with an HR executive. Can anybody tell me a list of activites for first month .
