hi read ur problem.It appears that ur boss cannot handle dissent and feels insecure with employees who have an independent mind and opinions.U need to however analyse whether u have not crossed the line yourself.U may have ur opinion but there is a way to put it across to a senior especially the CEO.It is healthy to voice suggestions, but finally decisions are taken by the CEO.If u feel that u were right, read the contract u have with the company.If the CEO has the power to sack u the way he did then its bad luck!If not then u can go for legal advice and recourse.But it would be better to change jobs.No point continuing in atroubled scenario |
