Today I had received a call from consultant that there is a vacancy of HR for a subsidiary of a bank in Mumbai.
But I will be on pay roll of that pvt. ltd.,and perform the responsibilities for Pvt. bank, so should I go for an interview or not?
It's very urgent, on Monday I have to go for an interview.

Greetings,
You should by all means attend this interview. It sounds pretty reasonable to me. However, you may require to weigh the opportunities offered to that of what you have with you right now.
Here's my suggestion, take this interview as an opportunity to learn about the company and its processes. Do offer best of your capabilities so intent to serve.
Wish you all the best !

Thank you for your prompt reply, actually this is a subsidiary of HDFC Bank and on Bank's website it is listed as it's subsidary, but is it right for future growth that be on pay roll of one company and do work for another company.

Greetings,
Please consider this opportunity. Often subsidiary model for business is applicable in monetary terms, the processes, Benefits with working-facilities and standards for operations remains the same. Measure both monetary and non-monetary benefits, options to learn and grow in near future.
Establish a professional network with the interviewers. Request for a feedback once the meeting is over.
