Dear Ms. Prajna Biswas,
Most of the written test is conducted as a pre-employment process. Where as written test as a whole is segregated with minimal type depending on the match with the company like Personality test, Pshyometric test, Aptitude test, some times as crazy as Alpha numeric too. If you have applied for a position that is incurred with financials or money handling -- you may expect Mathematics and logical testing.
Besides, applied to a Admin post, likely typing skills, letter drafting, professional behaviour regarding and language skills testing is customary. Purticulary, if applying for any IT related sector generally the test sequence may widely depend on knowledge and assessment. Now its your call to identify the necessary trail in the business you applied.
Good Luck!

Dear Ms. Prajna,
I have heard about this company; though I may suggest you to go through the market standars and risks, Sales statistics - a bit of maths and logical reasoning with general IQ questions would be to an extent.
Note: The best way to understand the criterion of test is to go through their website and acquire to get hold of some information. Try this, I'm sure you would make upto a mark.
