Hi folks, i wanted to see if any of you have current information on visa process/ any visa policy that might come in handy while preparing the workflow for H1 and L1 visa to US. I also wanted to know if family members can go with the employees on H4 visas. Any inputs regarding this topic would be most helpful.
I am also looking for description of different type of VISA...like H1,L1...

You can find information about L-1, B-1 and other types of visas at US IMMIGRATION
L-1 visa is for Intra company transfer and B-1 is for buisness visitors and tourist. Find out about them, requirements, elligibility etc in the site mentioned above.
