Default HR Generalist with approx 5.5 years experience

I have around 5.4 yrs of exp in the HR field.Currently working in a Helathcare Organization for the past 1.8 yrs. I have handle Recruitment,Performace Appraisal, Training, Payroll, Employee Grievance, Employee Welfare etc. . Currently i am looking for a change.
