For Quiry of this sort may be first checked from (Google) at http://www.google.com (Minimum Wages in Uttar Pradesh) at http://www.paycheck.in/main/officialminimumwages/uttar-pradesh
I 'm sorry to say that minimum wages in Uttar Pradesh for the period April-09 to Sept-09 as given in Salary Survey India, Online Wage Survey, Salary Survey by Paycheck India do not matches with the notification of labour commissioner in this regard. This is on account of addition of VDA in the Minimum Basic that leads to doubling of VDA amount in the Total Minimum Wages as given in the aforesaid website.
What I mean to say is set out as hereunder ( Pls rectify this error commited by website):
Minimum Basic(rectified)= Minimum Basic( as given in website) - VDA ( as given in website)
VDA(rectified)= VDA ( as given in website)
Now Total Minimum Wages= Minimum Basic(Rectified)+VDA(rectified)
