SWOT analysis can be used in organization for employees. According to the analysis of SWOT, HR can know well of the employees' "Strengthens, Weakness,Opportunities, Threaten". The relevant information of "S & W" can be used as a guide of training. Thus, HR can have specific program focusing on employees' weakness to conduct training. infomation of "O & T" can be used in the areas of development an promtion.

Employees can also use SWOT to help employees design individual specitication and also HR can use it in new employee selection analysising whtether the candidate is suitable for the organization. It could be better to know interviewee's SWOT when conducting interview. Some information of interviewee's SWOT can be from CV.
