Dear All,

I worked with a premier co for 4years and then they asked for a bond for 2yrs (Period also not clear in the agreement).

I told them that am not interested on the agreement.

Then they not allowed me to work and asked for resignation immediately.

Then I quit the job and now they deducted notice period in my settlement amt.

Pls help me to tackle this reasonably.
