Hello Everyone,
I am working as an HR in an IT company with the strength of 50 employees. I need to find out 12 topics for each month of 2013 which is a kind of initiative taken by the management. Topics which will be beneficial for personal and professional level for employees.
For example - Take Charge
- Out of the box
Kindly suggest some topics which I can put forward to the management. Topics should be eye captivating, interesting, employee participating and acceptable by everyone.

Dear Shweta Saraf,
I remember when we get to organize some management classes, we use to custom few names like Brainchild @ work station, Spy an Eye, Scorch yard, unnerve the squirm... Many names specifying the topics that attract instinctly to the employees.
Now lets look into what does the above hint at -
- Brainchild@ work station: Learning how to use the technology at work to ease.
- Spy an Eye: Mostly, intellectuals do this show. Provide info on the morale and grounds on integrity. [An eye for a detail]
- Scorch yard: (Dumping Zone) some one given chance to work quiet a few times and see no improvemnet then we use this task.
- Unnerve the Squirm: Stopping humiliation at work and be an equal opportunity employer.
Try this and I'm sure you would definitely do what you are anticipating.

Dear Ms. Shweta,
Here are some more of games while I recollected, hope this may be of use to you -
- Candour Segment - In here a segment (a situation related to that purticular employee) will be provided and he has to frankly speak on it.
- Unravel the Gavel - This was a fame game. Where one stops gaveling the other has to untie the sentence and complete the meaning of it (Fun & learning game)
- Tom- A Vangaurd - Team points the one person often for answering maximum in the session and he is the lead of team for that week. I hope you might have seen this in teams where only a single person answers a lot compared to the rest.
I will post some more in case if I acquire few names from my colleagues.
