I wanted to know how critical is the medical test in the selection process. My cousin has a past medical history of tuberculosis (1st stage), now he is perfectly alright. Does this history affect the chances of getting hired by premier companies like Infy, Reliance, Wipro, etc.?? Please explain in detail as to how critical is the medical test is in the selection process.
