Someone said it is better to quit and takeup somethin that gives me what I want. But my dear Friend, I feel why should I do a job hopping because of this one character. What do I mention about the value addition I made in this 1 year, it is simply peanuts. Can someone get me a solution wherein I stick on this job and get what I want in terms of role enhancement.
