Deepthi just to correct you I am not a part of HR and as you suggested talkin to others in the org. is a good idea but since it is a small office, with hardly any processes under my eye, and I am a strict no no in others activities, my efforts to talk to them are merely ridiculed by they either being rude to me or making fun over the inputs given by me on a particular topic. I get a feeling that whether I be around in office or not it hardly matters. You are right my boss has misconceptions about my behaviour which I have felt on many occassions in discussions with him and I have also justified my behavior after which for that part heagress to me being correct but then another bout of rudeness by anybody and I am back to square one
