Dear TX,
Good presentation but extremely amateurish in my opinion. In order to give it a more professional touch suggest some inputs on Emotional Intelligence and EQ for teachers alongwith some material on "Strokes" and "Life Positions" as applicable to teachers.
If you wish further granularity pl let me know your profile and location for feasibility.
Trust you will not take umbrage to my comments and take it in the right spirit.

Dear Sanchitamukh,
Your Ppt has come out well!
Thanks for sharing and being open for feedback!
As Secuturebureau said, EI and reward/strokes would help teachers greatly
Often, it is not the information that teachers require...they need to transfer their knowledge into skill for practice with better understanding of students' behaviour
You helping them how to demonstrate what they know intellectually is vital, apart from how best they can reach their students by their model behaviour...
Best wishes

Good effort, simple and straightforward. Could be very useful for teachers in practical terms.
I may add that if you're to deliver it, to pick up some of your 'customers' feedback for continuous improvement purpose for your next sessions. I've been in training for over 35 years and I train Cambridge TOT certificate.
Good luck

Dear Sir,
I liked the way you have put for feedback. It has come out well. you can put some more stress on handling the emotions of children with reference to teacher and child relationship instead of authority.

Thanx all for an honest feedback. it is much appreciated.
The ppt was in context to a 90 min training session. So yes it was a little bewildering as what to include and what not to. But your points will assist me in going ahead with future programs.
