Hi Friend,

First, Welcome to our Citehr Community.I've seen your request, those mentioned titles and topics are interconnected and linked in HR Department.
In admin activity, you will look after Employee Attendance, housekeeping, Courier handling, some time Telephone handling etc. In HR , You need to look in to this Payroll, HR policy making , Agreement making, Recruitment Analysis, staffing solution, Performance Appraisals, Training & development. etc.... it goes on...

One thing, I need to say here, HR department is not an individual one, it need lots of supports from management and other department. HR People needs so much of patience to work according to their work environment.

For your career, as of Fresher , concentrate of relevant topics like HR policy, REcrutiment & Staffing, Payroll, MIS,Induction training, Agreement making, etc.. When you join in an new company, you will let know based on their environment.

All the Best for your HR Career !!!

Regards,

Saravana
