Dear all,
I have query regarding ESIC scheme/deduction.
I am on Third party payroll of a Government company (with Gross salary less than Rs. 10000/- per month)
Since last 1 year outsourcing recruitment agency deduct ESIC from my salary. However, till date I have not any single document having proof of my ESIC deduction. (Note: Employer does not providing me any salary slip also)
Is there any registration process with ESIC from my side?
So I am in need of your valuable suggestions / inputs.
Thanks in advance

You may talk to your HR person and get your ESI number and if he does not provide the same put the grievance to the HR of the company where you are engaged. The latter may say that you are not directly employed and hence they don't have any obligation to deal with it but being the Principal employer it is the responsibility of the company where you are engaged to make sure that your welfare is taken care of. If it is not working you may approach the Manager of the local office of the ESI Corp[oration and put a compliant.
While approaching your HR, please inform that you need to avail medical leave from ESIC and for that you require your employee Id etc.

Good Morning,
Greetings for the day!!!
Yes Mr.Vivek, i agree with Mr.Madhu, you can proceed as he guided you, there is nothing wrong to ask your Principal Employer HR regarding your ESIC IP Number to avail leave or consultation from Nearest ESIC Dispensary...First you should get the Ten Digit IP Number to know your Contribution period and benefits that you can avail from the ESIC...
Thanks & Regards,
