Do you want the safety audit only for installation of cnc machine?
PL take care of the following points...
1. Identify the hazards of CNC machine installation.
2. The foundation should be approved by structural engineer or should be as per manufacturers recommendation
3. Care should be taken to eliminate vibrations
If you specify which type of cnc machine (Cutting, Bending, Lathe, Milling etc) then it will be better to suggest some more points.

Hi,
As mentioned earlier, please ensure that the vibrations are eliminated. You may put thermocole or vibration damping pads,
Ensure the peoper electrical supply with elcb's in the control circuit and proper earthing.
There should not ne any tripping hazard. Ensure that the coolent pipe lines and under ground.
These instructions must be in installation manual. Follow all instructions in Installation manual
