Sorry to mention but your posts on Holidays for 2012 & 2013 seem to be misleading all members of this forum.
You are aware that most of the members here are working in private establishments and seek information on Holidays for 2013 applicable to private establishments under Shop&Esstt Act, Factories Act or the National Festival Holidays Act if any.
Your post above for Andhra Pradesh is for State Govt establishments and not private sector establishments. Also, The Circular attached for Karnataka is from some association and not declared by any competent authority.
Being myself into compliance industry, I am aware that in most of the states, There is no seperate list of Holidays declared by the competent authority and so are yoi aware.
Hence, I will request you to stop posting such circulars which are bound to lead juniors working in private establishments to follow them and implement in their Organizations.
I hope you will consider the above in fair spirit of well being of all members following this forum.
