That depends on the management. Every Company will have their Holiday List, but there will be a constraint where all companies must follow the rules like, 12 Public Holiday is mandatory, in that 5 are must under National holidays. remaining will be festival Holidays.. Optional Holidays list will be there. Optional Holidays are not mandatory. where type of leave will calculated.

If you are registered under Factories Act you need to give 8 holidays and it is under Shops & Establishments Act it will be 9 days.
