Thanks for such an informative post.
I am handling PMS in my Organization and really keen to learn the application of bell curve. I even tried the details provided in the attachment "create Bell Curve in Excel" but stuck at On the Tools menu, click Data Analysis as not able to find Data Analysis option in Excel(2007).
Kindly further guide on same.

Dear Pooja
If you have been able to decide the range of points and the number of employees falling in each ranges, then put these in two different columns (range in one column and no. of employees falling in the range in the next column). Then select the data and insert a bar graph. The graph will reflect your bell curve.
