I working in HR dept of a Limited Private company, Due to mental torture i have already submitted resignation on September 2012 but they didn\'t accept and as per their request i continued duty till November first week, after that again problem arise so i just walkout from the company by informing my head that i don\'t wish to continue my service. Now i sent again my resignation letter through mail then they are saying that as am a permanent employee so i have to give one month notice period.But i don\'t want to go back...Please advice what i have to do

Dear Suvarna,

As per your query, you had submitted your resignation in Sept but your resignation was not accepted.

Since you could not stay long in the Company you had informed your boss and you left the organisation. My question is did you take in written from you head that you can leave the Company.

Now after submitting your resignation , your company has accepted it and have requested you to serve 1 month notice period. You have only 2 options:

1. To go and serve 1 month notice period and get relieved with a good note.

2. To go to your Company and have a direct talk with your HR alongwith your superior and

try to negotiate your notice period. If your HR agrees that you can pay your notice

period and you do not have to serve it then it is a positive sign for you.

Also, if you haven't take in writing about your leaving from your superior, then the absence from duty till you resume office to serve your notice period will be treated as leave taken.

Hope i have cleared your doubt...

Yes i had given the resignation letter on sep at that time i asked for one month notice period.Due to some issues only i gave it. after some talk he promise me that u wont suffer any other problem and request me to continue , I believe those words and continued, by continue i informed him that if any problem arise like this i wont give resignation or notice period..after that on nov 8th another problem so cant able to control so i just quite my job..now they asking to mold other staff and go.i wont.
because of not giving notice period they are not ready to complte my resignaing formalities and my Final settlement.
What i do??
