Re: MBA from NIM
Hi,

I have done GDBA and also DBA from NIM, Mumbai. (corresspondence).

I would like to inform you that this Institute is not recognised one.

See if you are going to make your career in India itself then its a good institute, but if you are planning to go abroad, this certificate is not of any use as this Institute is not in the Recognised University List.

I did Graduate Diploma in Business Administration (corresspondence) from this Institute) and i want to go to UK doing HSMP Visa but my bad luck that this degree is not of any use to me as it is not in the recognised University list.

Finally i am going on Working Holiday Maker Visa to UK.

If you need any more details you can reach me at my mail ID

Wish you best Luck!

Thanks
Arati

Re: MBA from NIM
Hi !
As this institute is not a University, They can not provide degree, what they will provide will be a certificate in the particiation in the course and sucessfully carried on, It is better to go with ICFAI or Symbiosis...

Re: MBA from NIM
Dear Ajay,

Its better to do it from a recognised university as mentioned by Manoj & Aarti.
You can go for MBA degree offered by ICFAI, which is recognised by UGC.
Contact me for further details.

Re: MBA from NIM
Hi,

As per my knowledge ICFAI is recognised by UGC but for everybodys kind informaion, ICFAI is recognised by UGC only for Hyderabad no where else and due to all this recently a case has been filed against ICFAI in the court......

But as per my knowledge ICFAI is nothing in front of NIM..and who so ever said about NIM is fake and if anybody require more information feel free to email me on my email id .

I myself has done MBA from NIM and working for an big organisation in UK and my contact number is +441212885516.

Re: MBA from NIM
thnak you akash..

Im sure that you have benefitted!

Tell me how does a org recognise a certificate from an institute that lets you complete a normal 2 yr course in just 1 yr?

And what do others have to say about NIM

Re: MBA from NIM
Hi,

As you said you are benefited doing MBA from NIM, I would like to know about MBA, as this certificate is only a ceritification course and not any University recognised. The ceritificate shows Distance learning on certificate.

I tired applying for HSMP UK Visa but as this degree is not in a recognised University list they didnt approve my HSMP Visa.

And finally i applied for Working Holiday Maker Visa for which i have to wait for 1 year or so to get an Interview. If i would have applied to HSMP i would have got HSMP visa within 3 to 4 months.

I would like to know as NIM is not a recognised University, is this GDBA and MBA certificates will be of any use to me in UK (London) for job purpose.

Awaiting for your reply.

Thanks & Regards,
Arati

Re: MBA from NIM
Hi all,

I'll like to bring this to knowledge of Mr Aakash and everyone else, that ICFAI is registered with UGC. ICFAI conducts its programs from ICFAI center of distance learning and the degree is offered by ICFAI University, Tripura. The university is sponsored by ICFAI. It is in practice for all the ICFAI courses and even for the regular MBA program. For other details you can contact me or else you can visit to www.iutripura.org
I'm also enclosing the approval certificate which is also available at the above mentioned website.
Please provide me details about the case you mentioned. There was a case against ICFAI for the CFA program by an american institute which ICFAI already won.

Thanks & Regards,

Gaurav Sahu
