What a difficult situation!! I think you are going in the right direction by complaining to nearest police station.
Inform his family members about the plight you are into and what made you take this decision of terminating him.
I dont think he shoulkd continue work with your company...
I havent come accross a situation like thais and it was a great learning opportunity... thankyou for your post..
