Hi Neha,
I can smell good amount of frustration in your question. However I would say that it is due cause that the the no of openings available for a fresher is not equivalent to the no of pass-out students in India.
Again your question is very much broader and not specific, as in you need to specific with your major, year of passout, etc. Wish you good luck though.

well as an expertise u came 2 know what was te actual reason of the post...and i appreciate you alot..
as a 2012 psssout from an engineering college having a CS background,wen there is no openings in the market,what the fresher should look for???
What will the best thing one can do to remove the tag of fresher...!!!

Hi Neha,
I will not accept that there are no openings for freshers. Lot of SME's and CMMI's have called in for freshers. Only concern is that how and where do you search for the opening. Again if you are ready to relocate to Delhi, I will give you a chance. However you need to have sound knowledge in C, C++, OOPS Concepts & Database. You will be working in LAMP technology, Javascript & HTML5.

Hello sir,
You may right as per ur msg,but sir i said all just on my experience of 5-6 months..
People are calling B.tech Fresher for BPO services,and many are joining as well.May i know that if a person goes for sach services,will his/her carrier will be finish for the IT zones..??
As per the advice of seniors,should we go for the lectureship...??
