Dear All,

I would like to know that is there any problem/info to be considered while giving increment to an employee for the year in such a way that overall you have hiked the gross salary whereas there is increase in certain head while decrease in others (for eg. inclusion of LTA as a compnt. in current year than previous while decreasing HRA value).

If someone has clearity kindly let me know.
