Hi,
I think you should nt worry too much about the negative propaganda, the more you get into it the dirtier you become, and about the existing and new joinees concentrate more on orientation and motivation by projecting the positive side of the company without ever mentioning the bad episode and i am sure in due course they will start forgetting

Hi,
Thanks for all your suggestions and that I am implementing and I hope things will come in to place soon.
