Want To Sell My Land In Urapakkam Chennai

Dear Friends,

I have a residential land in Urapakkam which I want to sell. I had purchased it when I was working with Allsec Technologies, Velachery, Chennai. Being in Bangalore and selling the land in Chennai seems a little difficult. So, Please refer your friends, colleagues who are looking ahead for investment. Below are the details of my land.

2085 sq feet Residential Plot in Mallika Nagar, Karanaipuduchery Road, Urapakkam, Chennai South.The guideline value of the site is Rs. 700 per sq feet. Will sell it for guideline value, the land price comes to Rs.14,59000 (Rupees Fourteen lakhs and fifty nine thousand). Slightly Negotiable. The site is DTCP approved, East facing and has 30 feet road. It is exactly 4 kms from GST road Tea Kadai Bus Stop / Ananthavalli Metriculation School, Urapakkam. While going from Perungalathur towards Urapakkam, first left from GST road Tea Kadai Bus Stand / Ananthavalli Metriculation School leads to Chocolate factory road which in turn leads to Mallika Nagar, Karanaipuduchery Road, Urapakkam. Nearby houses are at 100 metres from the plot. New apartments construction nearby is under progress. Mallika Nagar is located a little (exactly 0.6 km) ahead of the Japanese company, Yazaki, Urapakkam which has 300 and more employees. Buyers cannot construct house immediately, May be another 2 - 3 years for development. Very good for investment now. As the plot is DTCP approved, Buyers can avail loan.

In Chennai that too in Urapakkam if the guideline value in that particular place is Rs 700 then the actual market price wont be less than Rs 1500 and most likely around Rs 2000. You must really not sell it out so desperately unless you have other compulsions.
