Dear Tabz Alam, Assalaamu Alaikum,
I suggest you not to borrow money on Interest to start up your new venture. It won't give you peace of mind and neither its advisable. Kindly do let me know what kind of training you wish to offer. My exposure is in SOFT SKILLS and i may extend my support in the similar domain.
Do share your views and lets explore whatever is written in our fate by Almighty.
With profound regards

Dear Tabz,
Why do you need money to start a training institute ??? What kind of a set up are u looking at ? Is it some sort of coaching institute where u coach people for MBA,s IIT,s etc. If it is not that than a OFFICE is not reqd. Your own capital in the form of your legs, arms and most importantly your head is all that is reqd .

Go for a franchise. A training center takes time to establish trust and so going with a well known name would help you generate revenues faster. Also, since most of the practices will already be well developed at the franchisor end, you won't have to run costly experiments on your own.
BTW why do you want to start and entrepreneurship training institute? It would be very difficult to make money offering entrepreneurship training.
You could choose some other type of training program.
Short answer - if you want quick returns on capital, franchisee is the better bet.
