Hi
If your organisation is using power for manufacturing then minimum of 10 employees for PF registration.
Even of not 10 then you can enroll for voluntary registration.
for further details find enclosed excel sheet

Hi
If you check the minimum wages act/factories act there if is mentioned clearly. Many of the organisations especially in IT industry they will not follow DA component as the basic is above minimum wages act. Here in this case Basic means Basic+DA
in PF apart from EE & ER contributions here are other charges like Admin charges, EDLI & EDLI Admin charges. It is mandate as per statutory

if the basic + DA is greater than the pf barrier say 19000/month then 12% will be deducted on whole basic (on 19000 rupees) or pf will be deducted on with in the barrier. if it is on whole basic (19000) does employer is bound to contribute on whole basic or employer can pay with in the barrier.
please solve the problem
