Hi Amit, Particulars of CTC structure depends on the company policy and can vary, without knowing that It would be difficult to give you accurate structure, how ever some desperate people can still manage to help you. ;) :)

Hi Ashok, The salary break up you attached is having formula error. How come an employee is earning 1.2 lac pm is eligible for ESIC. So pls be care ful when you share ctc format to others. Meenakshi

Its a good job you have make help to Mr. Amit Mishra, but in my point of view there are some mistakes in excel attachement first is travell allowance will be 10 % and ESIC is not deductable then employee salary is more then 15000/- PM and third TDS will be deduct from salary on average basis.
