Hi all i have one querry related to pf deduction 1. if employee basic salary hit above rs 6500 like rs 10000 but my querry is that pf deduction will be continue in what amount but i denny to deduct my pf deduction so it will be possible that pf amount is deduct ? regards sanjay

clarification for salary deduction( pf & esi)
hi 4 years ago i was appointed with a media company at the salary of rs 5000 per month. but my take home salary was something around 4400 or sometimes 200300 rupees more than that. now i want to know was there any esi deduction and pf deduction in my salary? if yes kindly show me the amount that was deducted for esi and pf. secondly after 6 months when i got an increment for my performance my salary was raised to 8000 thousand. again my take home was something around 6000 . so here again i would like to know what was my deduction amount . again after 6 months i got a 100 increment and my salary became 16000 p.m. here my pf was deducted rs 1650 per month. now after i left the company 2 years ago i filed for my pf but came to know that although a lion\'s sghare was deducted from employee\'s salary in the name of pf and esi those amount never got deposited in thew pf office except for a month or two. kindly let me know i can i get back my amou

In case of leave without pay in probation period the amount of wages we deduct as per no. of days & gross salary. my question is shall we also deduct pf amount? what law says? what is the practices? for example a worker have basic salary rs. 6207 then pf deduction will be 745 but worker present only 23 days so deduction will be 745 or according to changes in basic salary?

Hi team i have recently joined a company as sr hr executive. i am in training and development. my concern is that my salary break up does not include pf benefits. can it be impacting on my next job in any manner? or is it mandatory to take advantage of this facility. as of now i do not want to indulge in this type of benefit. because i am receiving the full amount of salary without deduction. if i force management for adding this benefit in salary breakup. they will adjust the pf amount in the current ctc without contributing an extra amount from themselves. can anyone help me out to take the necessary steps for future safety. maninder singh
