Dear Sir/Madam,
in our company few employee left from the company. how can i remove the left employee in the ESI Website.i put the reason code 2 for that employee but still its not remove from the website. due to this i cannot update current month wages details. please help me.

Dear Kumar,
At first u have to put code 1 for present month, and code 2 for next month and u have to give date of relieveing for the past employee in code 2,for example employee left the service in the month of june 2012 then when u are uploading ESI month list give the code 1 for employee who left the service and in the next month u have to give code 2 and date 31-7-2012 so that u can remove employee from esi list.

also put date of Reliving with code 02 then in next month just download the list of employees, surely, you will not appear that names in list.
