Dear,

PF regulation do not differ between Regular and Contract employee, it say that conftribution to be done from the first day as per the eligubility criteria stated in PF act.

In case of contract employee the contractor is responsible though for every employee in contract or regular, principal employer is responsible --- Kindly look into this angle.

Secondly as he is eligible for the PF contribution do send the requisite information in the required format with contribution. The nomination forms can be downloaded thru net and sent by the employee thru courier for submission.

regards,

Vineet
