 Need Help from you all
Dear HR's,
I have 6yrs experience in sales & customer support in different industries. I done my MBA-HR.Iam interested in HR.I have some queries regarding.
1.How to shift my career & how i need to face the interview?
2.what would be the interview questions?
3.How i need to explain them why iam changing?
4.And is the freelance HR is really workout or its only trash?
5.Difference between HR Recruiter, Executive & Associate? Because i got confused.
one of the company(BP Incorporate) offering freelance HR positions and they selected my profile and contacted me.Every thing is ok but they are asking deposit amount of rs 15000/- which is refundable after recruiting 20 people or after 1 year.
So please help me in this regards & also help me to join as a HR position.
