Dear all,
I need a guidance from the seniors that currently i am working in a furniture manufacturing industry, total employees are around 180. I have to look after all the activities like recruitment, PF,ESI, performance appraisal , time record and salary etc. so just want to know does this experience will count or not and secondly do i have a scope to switch in any IT industry as a HR.
Thanks in advance

Dear Radhika,
Well right now you are working as HR executive in furniture manufacturing industry, its well and good to gain more knowledge into HR & statutory part too. As a young guy need to gain knowledge first than to earn. First work and get knowledge then switch to IT, IT industry is not that much difficult place to get appointed okay.

take one more suggestion my associate that there is more difference between IT Industries and Manufacturing industries. the experience of manufacturing never fall. that you can move from manufacturing to IT but not IT to manufacturing. second thing as new employee you are getting good exposure as you mentioned the functions. so its good to take more experience in manufacturing then think of moving.
