When you go for open a CURRENT ACCOUNT in name of "Live tour company" or "Live touring company" then the bank asked you to produce a paer from any of the government agency where the name is shown as "live tour company" i.e. PAN CARD/ANY LICENSE/CERTIFICATE FROM REGISTRAR etc.----------- but you are hardly find a type of docuemnt for which bank is asking-- because there is a posibility some one already choose this name and there is a account available in name of "live toru company" so then there is restriction yuou can not take the name becasue without a bank account your firm no where stand and if you get a bank account in name of "live tour company" then there is no restriction you have a certificate that your firms name is "live tour company"

Hello Vishnu
For Partnership firm there is no restriction of name. You cannot use suffix like private Limited. Or Limited. You need to draft Partnership deed and get it register at Registrar of firms.
