Sir,
This is with respect to Pension Fund. I had worked in an organization for five months and then quit. I submitted my forms for PF and Pension Fund withdrawal. The Pension Fund withdrawal form was rejected and the man said that the reason was that it was less than 6 months.
Is there any way I can draw the money deposited in my Pension Fund? If not is it possible to get it transferred to a new account?

Ok, now the PF has been drawn and credited to my account. But is there any way that I can transfer whatever was there in the Pension Fund to my new EPF Account of the organization I would be joining?

You can transfer your pension fund to the new establsihment by applying for scheme certificate to the P.F Dept. B.Saikumar HR & Labour Law Advsior Mumbai

I am getting different answers from different users. One person just send that the Pension Fund has been made to \'lapse\' as I have drawn my PF already.
Please read my issue once again:
I worked in an organization for five months. When I applied for a withdrawal of PF and Pension funds, they rejected my pension fund application and credited my PF.
So the question is this:
Can I transfer the funds in the Pension Funds NOW to the new organization? Do I need my previous employer\'s attestation all over again?
