In compensation management, any data that is two (2) years old is irrelevant and cannot help you in making market benchmarking.
I have seen Hewitt's 2009 study in the Middle East last year when I was doing a project in Riyadh, KSA.
I have with me the 2009 market survey data of HayGroup and Charterhouse in the UAE. But I am not authorized to share them online.
