We are thinking of developing a online resume manager. Where small companies or consultants will be able to store their resumes & even send out emails & interview letters to the prospective employees.
Although there are many online resume managers available already but most of them are owned by job boards & they charge a big sum for it's use. We'll make it completely free but the only difference will be that the resumes will be stored in one database & will be avialble to all members. We will also have an interface for candidates to post their resumes into the database & from there on wait for the companies & consultants to review it.
Let's us know what you feel about this idea or if you would like to have this kind of an interface. Simple yet effective.
Also please put in your suggestions if you have any or anything about the current resume manager you use, the features you like, the features you would like included etc.
