Hello all... i went for an interview yesterday. panel asked few question that i want to share with you all kindly give some feedback for following the question was... 1 as some candidates in it have more than 2 or 3 months of notice period as an hr how you can confirm their joining after such long period?? 2 if you call 100 people for face to face but only 15 people will turn up for that.. how u can manage source or what will u do in that situation. no point of no. of openings panel wanted to all the 100 people should be present for the round

Hi i had a very strange experience yesterday when our technical panel and i were taking an interview for a sales position. the candidate had asked for a reschedule for the following day due to some problem and we obliged. he came down to our office to give the interview we started the interview and he got a call in between the interview he asked our permission and went out to attend the call. we were waiting for the candidate as well we could hear him talk over the phone and we could make out that he was attending a telephonic interview. technical panel left the venue. i waited for him to get back for around 25minutes. he got back and told that he had got a call from his manager. i asked him directly were you attending a telephonic interview he accepted it. i told him he cannot take an organization lightly and he was rejected due to his attitude. was i right in doing it? or should have only told him that he was rejected and not spoken about his interview. please let me know. if you have experienced something similar let all of us know it. regards madhu

How we can ask employee to take interview with their work?
Hiwe have urgent requirements going on in our company. we are scheduling lots of interviews but due to less availability of the interviewers or interview panel we are cancelling few interviews or rescheduling it. is there any way where we can offer them to take the interviews. they are avoiding interviews to take due to work load. but we want to close those positions asap so we need help from the panel. please suggest any way or options where we can attract them and they will easily share their availability. we do understand work comes first that s why we are not forcing them to take interviews. but if give good offers or something like incentives or bonus points etc. may be they can think about it. please give your suggestions.
