| | leave policy Hi Guys,
Can someone tell me which law talks about the no. of annual leaves for which an employee is elegible..
I already checked out the shops and establishment act but it doesnot talks about the cl, pl and sl.
Can someone tell me the Act that specifies that.

As per the State Act of Shops and Commercial Establishments, the following leaves must be availed to employees:-
Earned Leaves: 15 days for every twelve months of such service.
Medical Leave: 15 days
Casual Leave: 10 days

Are the no. of leaves that you have mentioned mandatory for every organization or there is a minimum and a maximum number
what are the days as prescribed by GOI for Priviledge leave/maternity leave and paternity leave
