we are an architectural partnership firm having office in mumbai& pune.we have around 40 employees in mumbai office. Is bombay shops & establishment act applicable to us? do we need to fill up that form?

Hi,
Yes, Bombay and Shop establishment act is applicable to you.
As per this act, any establishment employing 20 or more employees then this act applicable to that establishment.

Hi,
Yes Bombay Shops & Establishment Act is applicable to your office even if you have no employee. There is no minimum threshold of employees for Shops & Establishment Act.
Also, as you have crossed 20 employees various labour laws have also become applicable to your organisation. We shall be be glad to assist you in regularizing all the labour laws.
