Intensive 5-day workshop to learn how to train

Greetings from Centre for Organization Development.

We do hope you had seen our earlier mail regarding the first intensive workshop on: “Trainer Skills” scheduled from September 18 to 22, 2007 at COD campus Hyderabad.



The workshop is comprehensive and deals in detail with all the three phases of training process – preparation, training and post training evaluation. The workshop covers all aspects of Content Design / Process Facilitation /Presentation / Evaluation.



The workshop is designed to suit the learning needs of HR and line managers involved in facilitation process in their own organizations. Trainers/ facilitators from training institutions will find participation in this workshop extremely beneficial and would enable them to fine tune their skills. The highlight of the workshop is indepth coverage of two critical tools for training - case study method facilitated by Dr S Ramnarayan and Simulation method by Dr Vinod Dumblekar.



Nominations received before 8 September, 2007 are offered a 10% discount on course fee. Participants from NGOs and Educational Institutions would be offerred 20% discount on course fee. We offer this workshop on both residential and non-residential basis.
