The Strategy you can follow for Campus would be:
1) Gather and Analyze the Resource Requirement.
2) Evaluate the Campuses list with all the surveys and put them in different buckets/Tiers.
3) Decide on the Compensation and the role/tittle you going to offer.
4) Reach out to colleges (get the slots).
5) Manage the slots and yur time as per the importance of the college.
6) Make it cost effective.
