hi Vidhya,
i wolud like to wish for ur grt career and like to know whether u in HR dept or in HSE dept. Ad u Mention that u r n Automobile industries uttermost essential for HSE do previous incident analysis and do hazard analysis and risk assessment as result summary you can find the way to do control measure. let u involve production line lead to find the actual hidden hazards in their work because safety is not only about theory have to get lesson from previous incidents. find the machinery status and refer legal aspects which applicable to ur concern and let do evaluation of legal metrix as on ur own. then u could come to know wer u have to concentrate more. All the best.
Thanks,
Sheik
