Problem related to hiring
Dear hr i am working with a mid size it company for last 1 year. from the beginning itself i am facing a problem of hiring people for the company. candidates are coming for the interview and getting selected also. but they are not joining. we have in our policy that anyone who is going to join our company has to sign a service level agreement for there service for minimum 18 months with our company and has to sign a bond for serving 2 months notice period. please suggest if there is any scope to modify hiring process so that we can hire and retain quality candidates.
The gap between companies and candidates....
Hello everyone this question was revolving in my mind since a long time. companies say "we are candidates say "no can anyone tell me where is the gap? i don t think so candidates lack in skills set as they are already prepared with courses certifications and also complete knowledge and ofcourse good maturity level. even then candidates say no opportunities. please share your views.... regards syed 9030345061

Hi friends i had to do hiring for my kpo division in bangalore . we are looking at hiring smart graduates who have fine command over the verbal communication . my main constain is that we do not have cab facility . this slows down my hiring . i was looking at campus hires out station consultancies who can help me with recruitment . if there are agencies for out station please get in touch with me. please let me know if there are other ideas to find good candidates under these constrain . thanks nazneen img
