I am an HR Professional working with an Engineering Company based at NOIDA (UP). We are planning to start verifying the credentials of new Joinees and for that I have to design an Employee Verification Form.
Recruitments, in our Organization, is mostly based on Campus Hiring. So, we won't prefer to avail services from third Party for background screening.
I, therefore, seek your help and guidance to design the above mentioned Form. I would be grateful to you if you can give me an all inclusive sample of Employee Verification Form.
